About The Position

This position provides client support to external and internal customers for all Treasury Management Products. As a Treasury Management Client Support Representative, the incumbent must understand and maintain knowledge of call queues and products while utilizing all resources available. The role is responsible for providing high-quality, high-touch telephone and written customer service to business and commercial clients regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests related to deposit and treasury services. This includes identifying and resolving customer issues/problems in a prompt and timely manner, and handling both inbound and outbound customer communications. The candidate will serve as a primary client contact for Treasury Management products and services, facilitating the resolution of client issues/problems, and maintaining a working knowledge of the organization, products, services, and policies.

Requirements

  • At least 60 hours of college credits OR at least 1 year of banking or call center experience
  • Ability to provide high-touch, professional, reliable and prompt customer service to First Financial commercial clients
  • Ability to master all call queues and programs with little assistance
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Ability to meet training standards
  • Analytical skills geared toward problem solving

  • Prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of strong customer service experience, preferably in financial services or related field
