About The Position

The Treasury Management Specialist position is responsible for providing professional-level support to business members by answering calls and emails related to business online banking, positive pay and other business products. This role assists with day-to-day set up, training and assistance related to treasury management products, such as check and ACH positive pay, ACH origination, commercial account analysis and remote deposit capture.

Requirements

  • High School Education or GED
  • Two to three years of financial institution experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills
  • Ability to navigate through various programs on a computer at one time and explain information in an easy-to-understand manner, avoiding credit union jargon
  • Ability to make decisions with minimal information
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Problem solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak and translate Spanish, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Assisting external business members with treasury management related questions including, but not limited to, Business Online banking, check and ACH positive pay, commercial account analysis, ACH origination, Sweeps, and remote deposit capture
  • Setting up, training, and assisting business members with Treasury Management Products
  • Ensuring documentation has been properly completed and is accurate
  • Reviewing commercial loan report and add loans to business online banking for each member, as needed
  • Answering the phone in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Reviewing and answering emails related to Treasury Management
  • Performing efficient problem resolution and follow up
  • Setting up new business member implementations, including setting up entitlements within Online Banking, adding and deleting users, and adding additional products
  • Assisting with business online banking maintenance requests, such as user changes and limit changes
  • Protecting the confidentiality of our members’ accounts by properly identifying callers
  • Remaining knowledgeable about account titles and designations and identifying parties authorized to access account information and perform transactions
  • Maintaining knowledge about credit union policies, processes and procedures
  • Updating internal procedures and forms when needed
  • Maintaining advanced knowledge of systems used within the organization
  • Backing-up the Treasury Management Associate for completing the Treasury Management annual review summary
