About The Position

The Treasury Management Sales Specialist Manager will lead a high impact team of Treasury Management Specialists that helps equip Sales colleagues with tools to sell more effectively, deepen customer relationships, and deliver consistent growth through talent acquisition and development, enhancement of sales tools, and development of sales insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Management in Banking or Treasury Management

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years’ experience in selling or servicing Commercial, Business Banking or Treasury products
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage Treasury Management Specialists (TMS) throughout the Huntington footprint
  • Coach and develop TMS sales skills to create a path for colleague career advancement and bank growth
  • Develop the Treasury Management Sales Specialist team’s business acumen and cash flow analysis skills to support more effective customer conversations and sales outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted extension of the local relationship and sales teams
  • Evolve the TMS coverage model to optimize sales capacity and efficiency
  • Provide insight and input into development and maintenance of key tools to identify opportunities to deepen relationships
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing and proformas using tools
  • Develop best practices for partnering with Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Product, Service & Onboarding, and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a partner to Treasury Management Sales leadership to provide insight and recommendations to support portfolio growth and relationship deepening
  • Aligning Treasury Management Sales Enablement strategy with tools and processes to help develop useful insight for sales partners
  • Act as trusted resource for Sales Managers to develop strategy for portfolio growth
  • Assist with implementation of new tools and processes within the Treasury Management Sales team
