About The Position

This role serves as a liaison between the customer, the sales officer, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience. The Treasury Management Sales Associate will provide TM Sales Officers with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sales customer documentation. The associate will have a strong knowledge of the portfolio to successfully analyze decisions made for the client. This role will also provide sales backup for the TM Sales Officer and may conduct joint sales calls with the TM Sales Officers and Relationship Managers. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with treasury or cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to resolve issues.

Nice To Haves

• A four-year undergraduate degree along with direct Treasury Management experience is preferred.
• Candidates in Houston and surrounding communities are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide TM Sales Officers with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sales customer documentation.
• Analyze decisions made for the client based on strong knowledge of the portfolio.
• Provide sales backup for the TM Sales Officer.
