About The Position

The Treasury Management Region Sales Manager manages a team of Sales Advisors and Team Leaders (depending on size of market) within a region. This role will interact with various senior leaders internally and externally. Internally this role will act as champion and liaison for coordinating activities with the various Market Presidents as well as with senior executives across Huntington Bank. Externally this role will be expected to develop executive level relationships with target group of segment clients and COIs, and to represent HNB in industry groups related to Treasury Management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of banking experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Works with Treasury Management Sales Leadership in the development of a sales strategy for the respective region of responsibility while ensuring the execution of the strategies.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, communicates direction and group strategy to the Treasury Management Team Leaders, Sales Advisors and Sales Analysts for meeting established Treasury Management goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
