POSITION SUMMARY:  The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist II is responsible for implementation and maintenance of all treasury management products and services, assists customers and team members with inquiries, and responds to technical questions regarding access, functionality, and troubleshooting of online solutions. This position assists with treasury management solutions and identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to refer new treasury management products and services. The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist II reports to the Treasury Sales & Support Manager and provides excellent service and support to team members and customers while demonstrating the Company’s values and supporting the mission.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard software applications
  • Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates
  • Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures, and systems
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking or corporate treasury management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementation, training and maintenance for all treasury management services including Business Online Banking systems and business solutions
  • Verify proper documentation and approval is obtained for treasury management solutions
  • Provide support for internal and external customers for questions or concerns related to business solutions as needed
  • Work closely with the various vendors to stay abreast of changes and enhancements related to business solutions to confirm each are utilized to their fullest functionality and capability
  • Serve as point of contact for technical questions regarding access, functionality, and troubleshooting of online solutions with both customers and bank staff
  • Complete initial set up and maintenance requests for Business Online Banking systems and business solutions
  • Assist with all Treasury Management risk review activities including various credit reviews and annual audits as needed
  • Assist with managing monthly reporting including report creation and data analytics for the various Treasury Management reports as needed
  • Assist with Account Analysis setups with new accounts, data tracking and reporting functions as needed
  • Utilize sales and service strategies to retain existing relationships and enable growth of new relationships by referring business solutions. Actively participates in follow-up strategies.
  • Cross train with members of the Treasury Management Department to develop additional knowledge and skills
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
  • Attend training as requested
  • Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program
  • Participate in outside community activities as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
