About The Position

The Treasury Management Implementation Analyst will implement Product and Treasury Services from the start of the sales cycle to the training of the client and the client fully utilizing all services. They will work closely with clients, Treasury Sales, and Treasury Services and Support team members to ensure client satisfaction and extraordinary service. Analysts will be responsible for overseeing complex product setups and will serve as the designated point of contact for escalations involving advanced issues.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of bank Treasury products and systems, including regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Working knowledge of FIS core processing and related systems is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a proactive approach to assignments, manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Two or more years of Treasury Services implementation experience, preferably within a commercial bank.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Treasury Services sales experience also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of Treasury Services products for clients.
  • Support the Treasury Sales Team in the identification of client needs and the customization of Treasury Services to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with the Product, TM Support, and other Treasury Support Services teams, to ensure client needs are met while meeting internal objectives.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the client relationship to TM Support team.
  • Provide adequate and accurate information to as needed for ongoing maintenance, reporting and support.
  • Develop and manage the tactical plan for Product implementation, including the development of Statements of Work, timelines and documentation regarding the implementation process.
  • Communicate timelines and status updates to client and bankers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness and thorough communication.
  • Responsible for detecting issues or potential issues and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Effectively manage multiple implementations at one time.
  • Visit client sites with Treasury Bankers to present and demo products as requested.
  • Train clients on services implemented.
  • Assist with any installations of equipment necessary for the client to use the products.
  • Provide onsite implementations services, when necessary.
  • Support Treasury Support Services teams and act as a back-up when necessary.
