As a Treasury Management Business Analytics Consultant Sr within PNC's TM COO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Washington, D.C., or Chicago, IL. The Sales Strategy & Ops team sits within the Treasury Management COO organization and partners with TM Sales leadership to drive revenue growth through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and targeted training. In this role, you will: Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
  • University / college degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and inform decisions on priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunities
  • Support special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives TM Sales leadership a clear view of performance and progress against goals
  • Develop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forums
  • Define and execute data collection, research, and reporting activities, translating findings into clear recommendations
