About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Treasury Management Associate. This is an 11-month remote position. As a Treasury Management Associate, you will be responsible for executing daily cash movements, ACH transactions, domestic/international wires, bill payments, check issuance, and internal transfer journal entries for commercial accounts. You will also independently upload, validate, and troubleshoot commercial payment files (NACHA, Positive Pay, wire feeds) and hardware/software issues with business check scanners and bill pay portals. Additionally, you will handle inbound client calls and perform outbound follow-ups to resolve operational and technical payment issues efficiently. The role also involves posting entries to SAP/ERP platforms, completing bank reconciliations, and adhering to Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.

Requirements

Experience in B2B Treasury Support, Cash Management Operations, or Commercial Banking Payment Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP platforms), Microsoft Office (Windows environment), and Remote Deposit Capture / check scanner drivers.
High technical independence.
Fast learner.
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting.
Clear verbal communication on phone systems.
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities
