Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a support role (for Associate I)
At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with 2 years focused on treasury management (for Associate II)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally
A knack for problem-solving and resolving issues independently
A solid understanding of industry regulations like Reg. D, Reg. E, and BSA (for Associate II)
The ability to train and mentor junior team members and help maintain top-tier procedures (for Associate II)

Nice To Haves

Experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking is a bonus, but not required (for Associate I)

Responsibilities

Assist both internal and external customers with inquiries about our treasury management services.
Be the go-to expert, helping clients with everything from product details to solving problems quickly and professionally.
Work hand-in-hand with our Treasury Management Consultants (TMC) to create customized sales proposals, account structures, and financial documents.
Help guide clients through the process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded!
Prepare and review all the documentation for treasury management products, ensuring everything is complete and accurate.
Play a key role in tracking and updating client accounts and billing information.
Assist with post-sale activities and larger meetings for complex implementations.
Be part of a collaborative and highly skilled team that drives new business opportunities!
Stay sharp with ongoing training and compliance requirements to ensure we stay on top of industry regulations.
Complete both in-person and online training to stay at the forefront of banking regulations.
