About The Position

As a Treasury Management Advisor III - Middle Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our treasury management business at Huntington Bank. You will deliver sophisticated treasury solutions tailored to complex business needs and take full ownership of the sales cycle for cash management, liquidity, card, and merchant services deals. This includes the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and consultative discovery through proposal, negotiation, and implementation. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and prospects, providing insightful guidance and strategic advice on treasury management practices. Your ability to understand and anticipate the unique requirements of each client will be crucial in delivering value-added solutions that enhance their financial operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in treasury management sales focusing on Middle Market clients between $50 million -$1 billion, including managing relationships with privately held and family-owned businesses across a range of industries.
  • 8+ years' experience delivering customized solutions for cash flow optimization, payables and receivables automation, and liquidity management with the ability to navigate multi-entity structures and seasonal cash flow cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Target and win opportunities with large, complex clients using advanced consultative selling techniques
  • Leverage your expertise to maintain and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Lead the design of complex treasury solutions, coordinating with product specialists to address client needs
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and product structures tailored to meet the specific client needs
  • Handle negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation, coordinating with various teams
  • Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring revenue growth and high utilization of treasury solutions
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely and accurate pipeline management and monitoring to achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to high-level sales strategy and product development feedback
