Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a student with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering etc. from an accredited college or university.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
  • Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
  • We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.

Responsibilities

  • The Deposits Analyst Intern supports the bank’s deposit portfolio by producing clear, accurate reporting and delivering analytical insights that help guide product strategy.
  • This role focuses on tracking deposit trends, evaluating product performance, and contributing to forecasting efforts that inform pricing, growth planning, and general balance sheet management strategies.
  • The Intern will work closely with product managers and analytics partners to translate data into actionable recommendations, strengthen performance dashboards, and support decision‑making across the organization.
