About The Position

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Treasury Funding and Liquidity Senior Analyst to join the Capital Markets Department. This role is crucial for supporting TMCC’s Demand Note program and addressing investor needs. The analyst will report to the Deposit Markets Senior Manager and will be instrumental in ensuring the timely execution and settlement of wholesale funding, brokered CDs, and commercial paper programs. The ultimate goal is to drive liquidity and maximize funding margins for the organization. This position requires a proactive problem-solver who can effectively manage relationships between investors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure funding platforms operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of financial services and/or treasury or related field or industry experience
  • Professional client-facing communication skills, including experience supporting dealer relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external bank counterparties
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review performance data and use insights to support decision-making
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as the business may require
  • Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Retail Demand Note investors and program administrators, addressing obstacles and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Execute strategic funding activities, including leading brokered CD transactions and wholesale funding agreements, ensuring compliance with liquidity policies and maximizing margins.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvements in funding workflows and customer service through process innovation.
  • Act as a liaison between Treasury Front Office, Middle Office, and external brokers to support settlement and reporting.
  • Lead projects for new funding products and technology enhancements, from concept to execution.
  • Provide data-driven updates to senior leadership on market trends, comparative issuer activity, and program performance.
  • Balance day-to-day funding needs with broader initiatives to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and business impact.
