About The Position

The Treasury Funding Analyst plays a key role in supporting CCMSI's Treasury operations by ensuring the accurate funding, reconciliation, and administration of client accounts. This position is responsible for processing financial transactions, funding requests, ACH activities, cash postings, account reconciliations, and related treasury functions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. This role supports both internal teams and external clients by monitoring account activity, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure funds are available to meet operational and claim payment needs. Success requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, dependable, and enjoys working with financial data in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred with 2-3 years of experience in a business setting.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential in maintaining the relationship with client’s accounts.
  • Duties consist of entry-level bookkeeping, data processing, accounting functions and could include complexed clerical tasks.
  • Working knowledge of handling invoices, vouchers, checks, account statements, and account files on small businesses and corporations.
  • Working proficiently with computers, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and the accounting program SAGE100.
  • Maintain accurate and precise records with attention to detail while performing duties.
  • Assist with other duties, projects or back up of other job functions as assigned.
  • Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.
  • Responsive to internal and external client needs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
  • Ability to get work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while performing duties with minimum supervision, ability to be flexible, take initiative and display a professional demeanor.
