We are seeking a client-focused Implementation Advisor to join our Fulfillment team and support onboarding process and implementation of treasury services for clients across the LATAM region. This role ensures smooth implementation timely resolution of issues, and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Candidate will be able to manage own time, and prioritizing based on urgency and client or business needs, proactively manage their implementation pipeline conducting timely follow ups and escalate any issues on time
  • Managing complex situations for prompt resolution and prevent negative client experience
  • Strong problem -solving, organization, and client relationship skills
  • Flexibility to work on holidays and support clients in multiple time zones
  • Must Speak Portuguese and English fluently
  • 3 + years working with clients in the financial sector
  • Must have experience working with documentation such as treasury forms, signature cards, client’s legal documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Guides Clients through onboarding and setup from start to finish
  • Be main point of contact for clients during set up
  • Handle process breaks by investigating root causes and driving solutions
  • Manage multiple client projects, keeping deliverables and timelines on track
  • Identify risk early and escalate to Leaders when needed
  • Works closely with stakeholders to meet client needs
  • Associate may support other activities such as, but not limited to procedure reviews and internal initiatives to drive operational excellence.
