About The Position

Forcepoint is seeking a Treasury Financial Analyst I to join their Global Finance organization. This position will play a key role in the Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A) function as the primary touchpoint for cash management. The Treasury team is responsible for managing and forecasting the company’s liquidity position and free cash flow (FCF). This team also manages the FX hedging program, completes internal and external cash reporting, and forecasts relevant balance sheet accounts. This role will be strategically important and highly visible. This position will lead a process of producing predictive data and metrics that will inform stakeholders on how receivables, liabilities, future billings, future expenses, and other working capital accounts convert into cash inflows and outflows. In addition to working closely with FP&A and Accounting leadership, the Treasury Financial Analyst I will partner with our Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, and Account Payables teams, as well as our other FP&A teams to optimize the control of operational factors that affect working capital. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who will embrace opportunities to take on new challenges and expand his or her understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis comprehensively.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 1+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience
  • Treasury or cash management experience
  • Excel modelling and data analysis skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Conceptual knowledge of relational databases
  • Experience with Claude, Workday, and Adaptive
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Previous exposure to cost accounting

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a monthly liquidity and FCF forecast based on projections of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and associated changes in working capital
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive accountability on cash related activities and initiatives
  • Forecast balance sheet FX position and propose hedging trades to be placed to offset exposure
  • Forecasting balance sheet items integrated with the outcomes projected in the cash flow and liquidity model
  • Working capital analytics and modeling
  • Cross-functional, external, and executive reporting
