This role is responsible for the execution, maintenance, and administration of financing and leases, including compliance and debt service, preparation of financial ratios, and annual budget of interest and lease expense. It involves financial analysis and day-to-day management of several corporate programs. The manager will also be responsible for managing bank and rating agency communication and relationships, and coordinating the preservation and control of cash resources for Tri-State and its subsidiaries. The position provides technical direction and supervision to treasury and finance personnel and is tasked with establishing and maintaining appropriate systems and procedures for cash management and financial decision-making.
