•$155,800 - $314,900

About The Position

Join Baker Tilly as a Director in its Financial Advisory Services team within the Office of the CFO practice. This leadership role supports the growth of a Treasury and finance transformation offering, partnering with CFOs, private equity sponsors, and executive teams to design, build, and operate finance functions that support better and faster decision-making. The team serves clients ranging from high-growth, PE-backed portfolio companies to large enterprises across a variety of industries. The work spans interim Treasury leadership, Treasury function stand-up, carve-out support, cash flow and liquidity optimization, operating model modernization, and enabling technology implementation. The role focuses on ongoing Treasury, finance transformation, and value creation—not transaction execution—and often supports clients post-investment. The Director works across client delivery, capability building, and business development as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the strategy, offerings, and growth of the Office of the CFO practice, work with firm leadership, and pursue continued advancement toward Principal. Annual travel is expected to be less than 25%. The compensation range is $155,800–$314,900; actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Work location status should be discussed with a Baker Tilly talent acquisition professional.
