The Treasury Director will lead day-to-day treasury operations — cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management — while also serving as the company's subject-matter expert on debt and covenant compliance. This role requires a rare blend of treasury fluency and accounting rigor: comfort building a 13-week cash flow model in the morning and reconciling a debt amortization schedule to the general ledger in the afternoon. You will be the primary point of contact for lenders on compliance reporting and will partner closely with Accounting and FP&A within the CFO's organization. This isn't a traditional treasury seat. We're looking for someone who can own the full cash and debt picture end-to-end — the treasury execution (cash positioning, bank relationships, liquidity) and the accounting judgment behind it (debt instrument accounting, covenant math, disclosure support). Most treasury teams hand covenant compliance and debt accounting off to corporate accounting; here, one person owns both, which means faster answers for the CFO, fewer handoffs, and a much clearer line of sight from the credit agreement straight to the balance sheet.
