About The Position
Our client is seeking a Treasury Consultant to lead the stand-up and implementation of a treasury function for a carve-out entity. This role requires strong treasury expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a transitional environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in treasury operations and treasury function management
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience operating in fast-paced or evolving organizational structures
Responsibilities
- Lead setup and implementation of a treasury function for a carve-out entity
- Support treasury operations, processes, and transition activities
- Partner with stakeholders to establish treasury workflows and controls
- Provide guidance on treasury-related operational and organizational needs
- Support continuity and execution during the carve-out transition
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership across the engagement
