About The Position

The Treasury Compliance Analyst will be a key member of the Treasury team and will be responsible for a variety of assignments and deliverables. This role involves monitoring and reviewing treasury activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements, while also identifying and escalating potential risks or control gaps. The analyst will partner with Accounting and Legal teams to support cash management operations, audit requests, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the development and maintenance of treasury compliance procedures and controls, reviewing financial reports, supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, and contributing to the strategy for capital structure, debt management, and capital market transactions. The analyst will also act as a liaison with banking partners and assist in preparing presentations for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Understanding of financial concepts (time value of money, capital structure, cost of capital, return on equity, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, etc.)
  • Familiarity with financial statement analysis
  • Ability to read and interpret complex legal agreements
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated / self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with capital markets / structured finance / rating agencies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review treasury activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, banking agreements, and regulatory requirements while identifying and escalating potential risks or control gaps.
  • Partner with Accounting, and Legal teams to support cash management operations, audit requests, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and documentation of treasury compliance procedures, controls, and standard operating processes to support a strong governance framework.
  • Review and validate accounting and financial reports before distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and other treasury-related financial modeling as needed.
  • Develop and enhance the strategy with capital structure, debt management, and capital market transactions to ensure the most efficient use of the company's capital.
  • Act as a liaison to our banking partners, building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for external / internal parties, including but not limited to: corporate ratings, public bond issuances, investors, annual conferences, etc.
