About The Position

We are seeking an experienced leader for our Corporate Treasury Business Management team. Leader will be responsible for the coordination, oversight, and delivery of consistent business management support aligned to Treasury front, middle, and back office teams and enterprise priorities. This role operates at a senior leadership level, partnering closely with Treasury front‑office leaders, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Operations to drive outcomes that support market execution, profitability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role leads a team of Business Managers aligned to Treasury front‑office and markets functions and is accountable for managing the business of managing the business—ensuring strong governance, effective change delivery, disciplined risk management, and a high‑quality service model for front‑office stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting trading, capital markets, and Treasury‑related functions within a complex financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working across front office, middle office, and back office functions supporting markets businesses.
  • Strong understanding of markets workflows, products, and risk considerations, including use of market data and trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg).
  • Proven experience navigating large‑scale enterprise programs, regulatory environments, and complex policy frameworks, including risk management and governance requirements.
  • Prior experience leading and developing team, with accountability for team performance and service delivery.
  • Strong strategic leadership capability with the ability to operate across ambiguity and complexity.
  • Deep expertise in business management, change management, and enterprise execution models within regulated environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, including engagement at senior and executive levels.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and operate effective governance, control, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a disciplined approach to risk identification and escalation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy while managing competing priorities across multiple front‑office aligned teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination, management, and oversight of Treasury Business Management deliverables supporting front‑office trading and capital markets functions, ensuring alignment with Treasury strategy and enterprise priorities.
  • Provide senior leadership and expertise across business management disciplines, including change management, risk management, third‑party management, financial forecasting and billing, RFPs, and enterprise governance.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Treasury front‑office leaders and senior stakeholders, building strong relationships, influencing decision‑making, and ensuring confidence in execution across key initiatives and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of markets‑driven business needs, including trading, capital markets, and associated middle and back office functions, translating strategy into executable plans through the Business Management team.
  • Ensure a consistent, high‑quality service model across all front‑office‑aligned Business Managers, setting clear standards for delivery, escalation, communication, and executive readiness.
  • Establish and maintain robust Business Management governance frameworks, ensuring effective oversight, adherence to enterprise policies, and timely identification and escalation of risks and issues.
  • Lead engagement across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology to understand strategic objectives, priorities, and interdependencies impacting front‑office execution.
  • Oversee management, tracking, and reporting of key initiatives, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, resourcing, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Design and operate management reporting, tracking, and performance frameworks, including executive‑level dashboards and standardized reporting across supported front‑office teams.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Managers, building a strong leadership bench, reinforcing accountability, and supporting professional growth and succession readiness.
