Requirements

  • Approximately 2–5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, finance, accounting, or a related analytical function.
  • Hands-on experience with cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, banking operations, or working-capital management strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP, treasury management, banking, or financial reporting systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organization where processes continue to be built and improved.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and business entities, ensuring appropriate funding to support ongoing operational requirements.
  • Develop and maintain short-term and rolling cash flow forecasts, analyzing actual results against projections and identifying key drivers of forecast variances.
  • Prepare recurring cash, liquidity, and treasury reporting for Finance leadership, highlighting trends, risks, funding requirements, and opportunities to optimize cash utilization.
  • Support banking administration and treasury operations, including account maintenance, user access, authorized signers, bank documentation, cash transfers, wires, ACH activity, and banking portal management.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, FP&A, and business operations to improve visibility into collections, disbursements, working capital, and future cash requirements.
  • Analyze working-capital trends and support initiatives designed to improve cash conversion, liquidity, and overall financial performance.
  • Assist with the administration and monitoring of debt, interest expense, financing arrangements, and covenant requirements, as applicable.
  • Maintain strong treasury controls and documentation while supporting month-end close, reconciliations, audit requests, and internal control requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury processes, improve data accuracy, reduce manual reporting, and create more scalable cash-management practices.
  • Support treasury-related projects and strategic initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve.
