About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Treasury Analyst to join our Futures and Cleared Derivatives team at RBC Capital Markets, LLC. This role supports our FCM operations across global markets while maintaining strict compliance with CFTC regulations. Develop deep expertise in a critical FCM function while upholding the highest compliance standards. Gain exposure to international market infrastructure, collateral management, and comprehensive regulatory frameworks across futures, cleared swaps, and secured lending.

Requirements

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VBA macros, formulas, data modeling).
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working with international teams.

Responsibilities

Instruct movements of securities collateral (U.S. and foreign fixed income) between RBC, CCPs, and clients.
Support the business in processing Reverse Repo securities settlements.
Perform reconciliation of RBC and client assets between RBC’s internal GL and third-party accounts; CCP’s, custodian accounts and affiliates.
Ensure adherence to CFTC Regulation 1.20 (Futures customer fund segregation), Part 22 (OTC Cleared Swaps), Part 02 (House Funds), and Part 30.7 (Futures Secured Funds).
