About The Position

The Treasury Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the Vice President of Finance in managing the company’s cash position, liquidity, and banking activities. This role is ideal for a finance professional early in their career who is looking to build a foundation in corporate treasury while gaining exposure to senior‑level financial decision making. The analyst supports day‑to‑day treasury operations, cash reporting, and basic financial analysis, with opportunities to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or banking platforms preferred
  • Interest in pursuing a career in treasury or corporate finance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing daily cash position reports and monitoring cash balances
  • Support tracking of cash receipts and disbursements to ensure adequate liquidity
  • Assist with processing wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions in accordance with internal controls
  • Support the maintenance of bank accounts, signatory records, and treasury documentation
  • Assist with administration of treasury systems, online banking platforms, and related access controls
  • Prepare routine treasury reports and schedules for review by finance leadership
  • Support month‑end close activities related to cash, debt, and interest expense
  • Assist with internal reporting, audits, and document requests related to treasury accounts
  • Support compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
  • Assist in documenting treasury procedures and identifying process improvements
  • Escalate unusual transactions, discrepancies, or variances to senior finance leadership
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Vice President of Finance
  • Build knowledge of treasury best practices, financial risk concepts, and banking products
