The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the review of financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess assets and liabilities, prepare treasury reports, create financial forecasts and management strategies. The analyst ensures that the company is financially efficient and operationally profitable.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related products, Point-Of-Sale and ERP applications.
  • Proactive verbal communication skills
  • Timely and thoughtful responsiveness with respect to written communications
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Four-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related degree program, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a treasury role.

Nice To Haves

  • SAGE experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of treasury reports. Preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports.
  • Analyze and execute day-to-day cash management transactions.
  • Prepare presentation materials for Treasury Manager.
  • Advise financial operations on movement of funds.
  • Document and update treasury policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile all cash activity for the organization.
  • Assist with new store set up activity.
  • Manage real estate and personal property tax payments.
  • Manage vehicle registrations and store licenses.
  • Manage commercial card program and assisting users.
