Job Summary Primary responsibility is to analyze and maintain the daily cash position and the daily credit line position of the Company including research and analysis, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years related functional experience in Banking, Accounting or Equivalent.
  • Mortgage industry experience required.
  • Knowledge of general Treasury Operations.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel functions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel both inside and outside the Company.
  • Excels with repetitive job responsibilities.
  • Self-Starter that works well with team and Individually
  • Dependable and reliable.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System experience helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and maintain the daily cash needs of the Company including funding loan closings, borrowing against credit lines and working with pledged collateral loans.
  • Ensure compliance with debt covenants for lines of credit.
  • Develop knowledge of the overall Treasury operations relating to cash, credit lines and Treasury systems.
  • Be proficient at bank account and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with outside banking partners.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with internal departments as it relates to cash management.
  • Maintain internal Treasury systems and improve functionality.
  • Prepare daily Treasury cash and credit related reports for both internal and external use.
  • Backup the other Treasury Analyst positions.
  • Work on projects assigned by the VP-Treasury.
