Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; and 1-2 years of diversified experience within a Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance
- Ability to manage varying deadlines and function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills a must
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; moderate to strong Excel skills preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automated Treasury and Accounting systems such as Dynamics 365 a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and administration of bank accounts, including opening and closing bank accounts, and user access.
- Ensure proper banking services and fraud protections
- Coordinate and organize banking updates including signature cards and bank supplies
- Ensure compliance with escheatment reporting requirements
- Perform reviews and audits of ensuring compliance with Troon treasury policies and procedures
