About The Position

Blue Cross of Idaho’s Treasury team is looking for a Treasury Analyst who is eager to learn, ready to take initiative, and excited to grow. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, dynamic professional who wants to build a strong foundation in treasury while gaining hands-on experience across key functions including cash forecasting, liquidity management, capital planning, and other core treasury responsibilities. In this role, you will support daily cash operations, analyze financial data, and assist with banking and investment-related activities. You will work closely with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional partners, making this an ideal position for someone with a go-getting mentality who is energized by solving problems, taking ownership, and contributing to a high-performing team. This role reports to the Manager, Treasury/Accounting. The position is located in Meridian, Idaho. A hybrid work schedule is supported.

Requirements

3 years’ accounting/finance, related field experience, or equivalent in education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
A proactive, go-getter mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow
High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments

Nice To Haves

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze cash flow, liquidity and banking activities across multiple organizations
Assist with cash forecasting and daily cash management
Support modeling for capital planning projects
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
