About The Position

This position in PACCAR Inc Corporate Treasury provides administration and analysis to PACCAR’s global Treasury operations. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, a focus on continuous improvement, and a passion for corporate finance and the financial markets. This role will have the opportunity to assist with cash positioning and analysis and perform departmental and system administration. The position is located in Bellevue, WA.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Tableau is desired.
• Working knowledge of finance, treasury principles, systems and financial statements are a plus.
• Experience with Bloomberg information system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Global Manager Cash & Banking with the update and administration of PACCAR’s electronic bank account management system (eBAM).
• Act as administrator for online banking systems and assist PACCAR users with access management and troubleshooting.
• Process invoices including bank fees, investment management fees, letter of credit fees, etc.
• Perform periodic Sarbanes-Oxley user access and segregation of duties reviews for banking system users.
• Assist with routing Account Activity Authorization forms for any bank account openings, closings, or authorized signer changes.
• Prepare reports for distribution to senior management and other PACCAR departments.
• Daily office administration for the Corporate Treasury department, including answering phones, document filing, and ordering of office supplies.
• Daily cash positioning and related analysis, including management of treasury payments and other cash movements.
