About The Position

The Curvex Bead Operator plays a critical role by expertly operating and maintaining Curvex bead machinery. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that bead patterns are produced accurately and meet stringent quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and product consistency. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to promptly address any issues that arise during production. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating textile or lace machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Curvex bead machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production cycle, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished lace products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control personnel to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
