About The Position
We are seeking a 1st Year Tray Sorter to join our team. This is an entry-level, Union position where we will provide training. You will have the opportunity to serve communities by making many of the products people use every single day. We produce molded fiber trays for packaging and shipping apples, avocados, eggs, and wine bottles.
Requirements
- Ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks)
- Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired
- Stable work history
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to learn/grow
- A “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability

- Prior manufacturing experience
