This role involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The attendant will also set up, stock, and maintain work areas, and inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver before use. Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures is essential. The position requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and completing safety training and certifications. Ensuring a clean and professional uniform and appearance, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets are also key. The role includes welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are expected. The attendant must ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and be able to read and visually verify information in various formats. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and navigating various surfaces and stairs. Other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors may also be part of the role.
