About The Position

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee modular multifamily and single family construction projects, providing hands-on leadership from framing through finish. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong technical construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate in-house employees, subcontractors, materials, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is a proven residential construction leader who can travel and adapt quickly to different project environments.

Requirements

10+ years of construction experience required.
Significant experience with single-family or multifamily residential construction.
Previous Superintendent or similar leadership experience.
RBC experience/knowledge required.
Strong technical understanding of residential construction from civil, sitework through finish.
Experience managing both employees and subcontractors.
Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction operations.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Willingness and ability to travel in Colorado

Mountain building experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish.
