Requirements

6+ years commercial construction leadership experience
Willingness to travel
Knowledge of construction scheduling
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
Reliable transportation, punctuality, and reliability
Must own basic hand tools, and have the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools
Lift, push, pull materials weighing up to 50+ lbs
Use hand and power tools to perform tasks as assigned
Perform sustained physical labor, including standing, walking, and crouching
Perform work at height, including climbing ladders
Perform work in confined or awkward spaces
Read printed and digital materials
Communicate professionally, both verbal and written communication
Adhere to all safety standards

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Work in a manner aligned with our Core Values of Teamwork, Safety, Integrity, and Excellence
