The Superintendent role is considered the "boots on the ground" position, responsible for ensuring that projects progress according to plan and Owner specifications, in collaboration with the Project Manager, Architects, and Owners. Superintendents supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, sub-contractors, and Assistant Superintendents, leading every step of the way from inception to completion.
