Novak Construction Company is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead large-scale commercial retail remodels and ground-up projects for major national clients. Requirements

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience
• 5+ years managing large commercial/industrial projects
• Experience with big-box retail projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, AutoDesk, or similar software

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30+ certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities
• Manage large crews (100+ personnel) and subcontractors
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and jobsite standards
• Monitor quality, progress, and budgets
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
