About The Position

A top tier general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. The ideal candidate is an experienced field leader with grocery, convenience retail, or similar commercial project experience.

Requirements

• Commercial Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Experience with grocery stores, shopping centers, convenience stores, gas stations, or similar commercial projects.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Procore experience.
• Experience with Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger, Lidl, Sprouts, QuickTrip, Parker's, RaceTrac, Pilot or similar brands.
• Medical/outpatient construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, safety, scheduling, and quality.
• Maintain project documentation using Procore.
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards.
