About The Position
Endeavor Schools is seeking a Traveling Substitute Teacher-Childcare to join our team. This role involves traveling to three different school locations as needed: Laguna Niguel Montessori, Heritage Montessori-Lake Forest, and Montessori Academy on the Ranch. Our educators are dedicated to brightening children's lives and creating a supportive environment with resources for professional growth. As a Substitute Teacher, you will ensure continuity in educational programs during regular teachers' absences, demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. We invest in our educators through education incentives and career development programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
- Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
