About The Position

Malcolm Drilling has been innovating and leading the deep foundation industry for over six decades. As part of our deep foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement services, we also provide a range of special applications and dewatering techniques. By implementing Design/Build, we execute projects quickly and effectively, allowing for timely collaboration with owners and contractors. Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide. This role involves overseeing and enforcing safety protocols across multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and promoting a culture of safety. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for workplace safety and a willingness to travel extensively.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction or heavy civil
OSHA 10 or 30-hour training
CPR/First Aid certification
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce safety protocols across job sites
Ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance
Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits
Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver effective employee safety training
Maintain all safety-related documentation and records
Review and approve project-specific safety plans
Champion a culture of safety at every level
