The FCC Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing, enforcing, and continuous improvement of FCC’s safety and health programs across multiple job sites or regions. This position plays a critical role in training project teams, ensuring compliance with OSHA and FCC standards, and leading proactive risk management practices. Reporting to the Director of Safety, this position partners closely with operations leadership to align safety with project delivery, financial goals, and FCC’s broader performance culture. The FCC Safety Manager brings both field experience and leadership presence, capable of influencing teams, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a proactive safety culture that aligns with FCC’s mission, vision, and values. This role will provide on-site project safety management for extended periods as needed and provide regional support for multiple projects throughout Frampton’s service area from one of our offices.
