Supervises the field construction of a project, including its organization, planning, and scheduling, in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified. This role serves as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day construction activities and is responsible for developing and implementing overall project work schedules, including the expediting of critical materials and equipment. The Project Superintendent leads and supervises all field staff, manages the site safety program, oversees work among all trades, and handles labor relations with subcontractors and trade staff. They are also responsible for managing permits, insurance, the General Conditions budget, and the billing process related to work in place. The role requires ensuring that all work is installed in compliance with contract documents and may involve performing as a Stormwater Compliance Coordinator.
