Join our dynamic and thriving dental practice as a Traveling Orthodontics Dental Assistant! At Great Expressions Dental Centers, we're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team and positively impact our patients' oral health. This position travels between our Roseville and Rochester Hills Offices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous dental assisting experience
- 1-2 years or Orthodontics experience
- MUST TRAVEL
- Michigan: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
- Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
- Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately
