Traveling Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
About The Position
Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a Dental Assistant for a traveling position supporting its offices in Dadeland, Miramar, North Dade, and Pembroke Pines, Florida. The Pembroke Pines office is identified as the home office. Mileage reimbursement is provided. The role supports the dental team in patient care, prepares and maintains treatment areas, assists dentists during procedures, educates patients, performs basic dental procedures under a licensed dentist’s guidance, and handles scheduling and patient records. Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but the employer is willing to train the right candidate. Candidates must meet applicable state requirements. For Florida, these include Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays, including an FDOH Permit to expose X-rays. Responsibilities
- Assist the dental team in providing patient care.

- Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
