About The Position

Zions Bank is seeking a Traveling New Account Teller (40 Hours) to join their Retail Support team. This role involves supporting Zions Bank branches throughout a geographical area due to absenteeism. The position offers an opportunity to gain a broad skill set in banking fundamentals and provides networking opportunities. The mission of the Retail Support team is to support branches, help them achieve strategic objectives, and fulfill Zions Bank's company vision. The minimum pay for this position is $19 per hour. We are accepting applications for the Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO position.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
Working knowledge of math.
Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for providing quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
Perform other duties as assigned.
