About The Position

We are seeking experienced Traveling Low Slope Roofers with extensive knowledge of various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, and Modbit. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex federal and military projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques, along with a strong background in construction site management. Flexibility to travel frequently for extended periods is essential, as is the ability to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, Modbit, and other low slope systems).
Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques.
Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
US Citizen or Green card holder.
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
2 years of industry experience.
Willing to travel to locations for months at a time.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Manufacturer-specific training.

Responsibilities

Install and repair low slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, and Modbit.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for complex projects.

Perform fabrication techniques.

Travel frequently between job sites for months at a time.
