About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Traveling Lead Merchandisers to lead retail remodel and new store projects across the country. This role is an opportunity for individuals with experience in retail merchandising, store resets, fixture installation, planograms, or team leadership to apply their skills while traveling to projects nationwide. As a Traveling Lead Merchandiser, you will lead a crew, interact directly with clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous retail merchandising, retail reset, or fixture installation experience required
• Experience reading and executing planograms
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
• Ability to use a step ladder and work top stock
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support merchandising and fixture installation crews
• Follow client-provided processes, move plans, and project instructions
• Execute planograms and store resets
• Install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays
• Coordinate daily work with the client and SPAR management
• Provide direction and support to team members
• Identify and communicate project issues or concerns to the client
• Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations
