About The Position

This position requires out-of-town travel for the South Region. The Traveling Laborer will be responsible for supporting all field activities as required for the assigned project, including cleaning and maintaining the work site and equipment. The role involves operating equipment once trained and approved, and adhering to all safety rules and regulations, including recognizing and correcting safety hazards.

Requirements

• Ability to listen, understand and follow directions.
• Ability to remain flexible on work assignments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
• Must have the ability to pass required safety certifications.
• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Vocational school training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Prior related experience a plus.

Responsibilities
