As a reset team member, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to reset and merchandise shelves. Your key role will be to work collaboratively with your colleagues resetting sections to approved planogram. Additional job duties include moving, re-stocking, or rearranging product on store shelves. The shift consists of Sunday through Wednesday from 9 PM to 7:30 AM. This role may require up to 50% overnight travel. You will also direct temporary/part-time workers when needed and work independently to execute category/aisle set plans. You will demonstrate a high level of teamwork when interacting with Kroger, National Food Brokers, and other P.L. Marketing employees. You will apply strong merchandising skills and the ability to read, understand, and implement planograms per Kroger merchandising standards. You will operate Kroger equipment in a “safety first” manner, consistently communicate merchandising opportunities to your supervisor, and provide customer assistance. You must remain qualified as an insurable driver. During periods of reduced regular scheduled hours, employees may be responsible for additional store support outside of their normal essential job functions.
