About The Position

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a hands-on Traveling General Labor Team Lead to oversee crews working on retail remodels, resets, installations, and other project-based work. You’ll lead approximately 8–12 team members while working alongside them to complete project tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently. SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores to support new store setups, merchandising resets, fixture installations, and full retail remodels. Our teams play an important role in helping retail locations open, update, and operate successfully.

Requirements

• Experience leading a crew in general labor, retail, construction, remodeling, installation, or similar hands-on work
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and project plans
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to travel extensively
• Must be able to work overnight shifts
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
